Vinyl Graphics, Lettering & Stickers

Vinyl is the most versatile material we work with. From a single line of lettering on a shop door to full-colour graphics for a van, we print and cut vinyl graphics in-house in Kidwelly and supply them ready for you or your fitter to apply.

What is vinyl?

Sign vinyl is a thin, flexible film with an adhesive backing. It sticks to smooth surfaces such as glass, painted metal, vehicle panels and sign boards. It comes in two main forms, and we produce both.

  • Cut vinyl is solid-colour vinyl that our plotters cut into letters, numbers, logos and shapes. There’s no background, so it gives a crisp, clean look that suits names, opening hours and phone numbers.
  • Printed vinyl is printed in full colour on our wide-format printers. It’s the one to choose for photographs, gradients, detailed logos and anything with lots of colours.

  • Printed graphics for windows, walls, displays and panels
  • Stickers and decals for products, equipment, machinery and promotions
  • Window graphics for shop windows, office glazing and doors, including opening hours and contact details
  • Vehicle graphics for cars, vans and trucks, supplied ready for your fitter to apply

We also use vinyl on most of our rigid signs. Printed or cut vinyl is applied to acrylic, aluminium composite, foam PVC or corrugated plastic boards on our flatbed roller, which is how many of our finished signs are made.

Indoor or outdoor?

Vinyl is happy indoors or out. It’s used everywhere from reception walls to vans that spend their lives on the road. Let us know where your graphics are going and how long you need them to last, whether that’s a short-term promotion or something more permanent, and we’ll suggest a suitable vinyl.

Finishes and options

Vinyl comes in a wide range of colours and finishes, including gloss and matt. Cut lettering can be produced in a single colour or layered colours, and printed graphics can be any shape you like. Sizes range from small stickers up to large graphics, which can be produced in sections where needed.

Supply only

We print, cut and prepare your vinyl ready to apply. We don’t apply or install vinyl, so putting the graphics in place is down to you or your own fitter. If you’re fitting them yourself, tell us and we’ll keep that in mind when we prepare them.
