Corrugated Plastic Signs

For signs that need to be light, weatherproof and quick to put up, corrugated plastic is a practical choice. We produce corrugated plastic signs here in Kidwelly for businesses and events across South West Wales, ready for you or your team to put up.

What is corrugated plastic?

Corrugated plastic is a lightweight board made from two flat plastic skins joined by a row of internal flutes, a bit like plastic cardboard. You’ll often hear it called Correx. The fluted structure makes it surprisingly stiff for its weight, and because it’s plastic, it shrugs off rain far better than card.

Your design is added using our in-house printed or cut vinyl, so you can have bold lettering, full-colour graphics or both.

Typical uses

  • Estate agent boards for sale, to let and sold signs
  • Building site boards and contractor signs
  • Event signs for shows, fêtes, races, festivals and car parks
  • Directional signs pointing visitors the right way
  • Election and campaign boards
  • Temporary notices for roadworks, closures and short-term promotions
  • Sports club and sponsor boards

Indoor or outdoor?

Corrugated plastic is built for outdoor use. It’s waterproof, light enough to fix to posts, fences and railings, and tough enough to cope with being moved from site to site. It’s ideal for short- to medium-term signs. If you need something that will stay up for many years, aluminium composite may be the better choice, and we’re happy to talk you through the difference.

Finishes and options

Boards come in a range of thicknesses and sizes, usually with a white face, and can be made single- or double-sided. Double-sided boards are handy for signs that will be seen from both directions, such as estate agent boards or roadside event signs. If you need a batch of matching signs for an event or a run of properties, just let us know how many.

Supply only

We make your corrugated plastic signs and supply them ready to fit. Installation is not included, so you or your team will put them up. Tell us how you plan to fix them, whether that’s to posts, stakes, fences or railings, and we’ll bear that in mind.

How to order

Send us your artwork, or get in touch to talk through what you need. Either way, it helps to know how many signs you’re after, the size and whether they’re single- or double-sided.
