Foam PVC is one of the most widely used sign materials. It’s light, rigid and smooth, which makes it ideal for all sorts of indoor signs and displays. We make foam PVC signs in-house in Kidwelly and supply them ready for you or your fitter to put up, for businesses and organisations across South West Wales.

What is foam PVC?

Foam PVC board is a sheet of PVC with a lightweight foamed core and a smooth, closed surface. It’s much stiffer than card or paper, holds its shape well, and is easy to handle and hang. The flat, even surface gives a clean finish for printed graphics and lettering.

Indoor or outdoor?

Foam PVC is mainly an indoor material and that’s where it performs best. It can be used outside for short-term or sheltered signs, but if your sign is going to face the weather for the long haul, we’d usually point you towards aluminium composite or corrugated plastic instead. Just tell us where it’s going and we’ll steer you right.

Finishes and options

Foam PVC comes in a range of thicknesses. Thinner boards suit lightweight, everyday signs, while thicker boards feel more solid and suit larger panels and displays. Your design is added using our in-house printed or cut vinyl, so you can have anything from simple black lettering to full-colour photographs and branding. Boards can be produced in a range of sizes to suit your space.

Supply only

Your foam PVC sign is supplied ready to fit. We don’t offer installation, so putting it up is down to you or your own fitter. Because the boards are so light, they’re usually straightforward to mount, but do let us know how you plan to fix them when you order.
